If you have a complaint about your course, education provider, or study experience, we recommend contacting your education provider directly. The education provider will be able to provide you with information on their complaints resolution process, listen to your complaint, and take you through the next steps.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint to your education provider, you may refer your complaint to the Department of Fair trading (DFT).
